One of my favorite albums of 2008...
Saw this duo perform at Newbury Comics in Boston and they solidified their special place in my heart. This album is definitely one of my favorites so far this year, followed closely by She & Him - Volume 1.
I guess I'm a sucker for the male/female harmonizing and sugary sweet lyrics.

Pitchfork's Overlooked albums of 2008
Say what you wish to say about P4k, but the list of overlooked records that they compiled at least gives us something new to check out that we too may have overlooked. To start, here is Belong's Colorloss Record EP.

As my first post, I want to spread the love of an album named after an animal because I just named this blog "If animals could talk".
